I could spend all day looking at different parts and peices and still only see half the showroom floor. They even have general parts and equipment for air filtration systems and air purifiers. Even when I need something that is hard to find, I can always count on the parts and service center. Last month I needed an old part for a radiator and I knew it was going to be difficult to find. The radiator was easily 60 years old and in rough shape. The homeowner was trying to keep the house as close to the original as possible and therefore, she wanted to keep the radiator in the front room. I suggested a couple of items that would look real and antique, but she was convinced that the radiator had to be original to the house. I told the woman that the HVAC system warehouse would have the part and if they did not, then no one would. I contacted the director of services for the company and I spoke directly on the phone with someone about the part. It took 3 days to find the part in their overstock warehouse, but they did have exactly what we needed to get the job completed.
