This year is off to a new start, I moved into my new apartment the hour week of January.

The previous owners had fitted a boiler which seemed to be a couple of years old. It looked pretty aged. The oil furnace filter had recently been replaced because it looked definitely clean; Even though the HVAC tech offered the gas furnace a couple more years of life, I wished to change it plus have something different for my new space. I still wanted to have an electric furnace but not a oil furnace. For maximum heat plus high-quality indoor comfort, I figured that radiant floors were the way to go. I stressed the heating service team to uninstall the new system. The heating dealership also sent over a wireless temperature control to go with my new system. According to the heating industry, this category of system was abruptly becoming actually popular especially among homeowners! Most of the providers were offering the furnace at a discounted price to woo the customers, but probably the largest plus most significant reason for its popularity was that it needed little to no gas furnace service so no need for the HVAC repair plan. The oil furnace/heater replacement process is quite long plus complex though… However, the finished product is just appealing plus offers top comfort.
