It was dead in the middle of a scorching summer.

We always kept up with the air conditioning repairs, and the experts confirmed it. Even with regular HVAC maintenance, that unit was the end of an era. We also realized that since the air conditioning provider installed that old unit, we had learned more about air conditioning and the cooling industry. We knew earlier that a/c care was necessary for the system and us because of the investment.
