I asked my fiance to remind that the Heating and A/C specialist was going to be at the condo to service the gas furnace on Thursday, but i was hoping he would remind myself and others on Thursday day so I didn’t go grocery shopping and forget about the Heating and A/C specialist.
Instead of reminding me, he told myself and others to mark it on the calendar.
I’ll go days without looking at the calendar unless I have something certain to know about, care about doctor’s appointments, or other important dates. I know I should consider the Heating and A/C method service an important date, however I never did. I got annoyed when he ignored my request and I walked away. I put the note on the calendar, however, and I went to the study room to make supper; Thursday day, i was getting ready to go grocery shopping, when I got a cellphone call from the Heating and A/C dealer. They told myself and others the Heating and A/C specialist was going to be early, and if it was okay, he would arrive in about an hour. It was a blessed thing I was still in the house. If I had been in the grocery store, I would have had my cellphone turned off, or I would have ignored it. I do not like talking on the cellphone when I am in a store. I took my jacket off and put my money clip back in the study room, expecting the Heating and A/C specialist to be there shortly. Two hours later, the Heating and A/C specialist knocked on my door. I could have finished my grocery shopping and been beach condo already if they hadn’t called and said the Heating and A/C specialist was going to arrive in an hour.
