I could remember our first mornings, however not all were pleasant. The two of us were meeting the recruits, plus our responsibility was to onboard them. I consistently appreciated onboarding recruits because it was a possibility to get a fresh perspective plus think about how both of us run our operations plus toil with the Heating and Air Conditioning units systems.
