Jill’s birthday is in 2 weeks and the only thing that she can guess of that she really wants is a new control unit.
Jill knows that this unquestionably sounds like the craziest idea for a birthday present that any person could possibly desire, but it’s something that she really needs in her condo.
Jill has been thinking about getting a new control unit for a while now because her outdated control unit keeps going on the blink. She knows that it’s really costing her a lot of money on her HVAC bills because the control unit just isn’t laboring properly. Jill read somewhere the other day on an Heating and A/C blog that your control unit is the brains behind your home’s heating, cooling, and ventilation system. She thinks that just really makes sense when you contemplate it. And then again, if your Heating and A/C systems brain isn’t laboring as it should, then of course you are going to have higher HVAC bills than you normally would. Anyway, after she studied that article on the Heating and A/C blog, Jill decided right then and there that she was going to get a new control unit somehow or another. She doesn’t have the money right now to pay for any sort of apartment replacement, but every year on her birthday, Jill’s parents still give her a really great gift. Usually, they try to give her a trip or something similar, but this year she is going to ask them for a new smart control unit for her condo. Jill is their only child, and so even though she’s a grown adult, they still spoil her somewhat.
