I was among the team of cooling experts that ran the comprehensive quality AC service on her a/c setup over the years. I remember her offering us some lemonade when we finished the job. Marjorie also made us laugh with her humor. From then on, she always called the company, requesting me whenever she needed assistance with her HVAC system. Last year, Marjorie traveled abroad to visit her daughter and was there for close to a year. When she returned, she called the office requesting we come to check on her unit and that she wanted a new AC filter. Marjorie wanted a HEPA filter which her daughter told her would significantly improve the air quality in her home. Marjorie ordered a digital thermostat, and our air conditioning technician installed it and cleaned the ductwork. She also made us a meal neither of us had ever had before. Marjorie prepared the ingredients differently from what we knew. She told us that she learned it from her daughter, which was like a staple meal there. It was strange at first, but by the third bite, we got into it and enjoyed the meal.
