When my husband and I moved into a brand current house, it was current to us however the home itself was entirely pretty old.
We had just settled in and were starting to transfer some of the furniture into the home when the two of us noticed that the home felt pretty hot, but my husband then gave to go and turn on the a/c.
When he went over to the temperature control that was on the wall and turned on the AC, a bunch of dust came pouring out of the vents. Needless to say it was completely unexpected, that the two of us had a problem instantly and the problem was that the two of us had genuinely filthy ductwork. After talking to my husband the two of us both agreed that it would be best to schedule an appointment with a heating, ventilation, and A/C professional and he could come out and perform a ductwork cleaning. Wait, the two of us were able to get a heating and AC appointment almost instantly and the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor came out the following Monday. When he came out here he told us that he had never even seen such a big amount of dust, dirt, and debris. It was a big relief when all of it was clean and said and done. The home felt much cleaner and the two of us can appreciate the heating and cooling plan without having to worry about dust floating through the ajr. I might even get a HEPA for extra measure.
