Being a heating and air conditioning worker, I have gotten some flack for it in the past believe it or not. It is my personal opinion that I think is really stupid for people to judge me for being a heating and air conditioning worker. Some people see it as a lesser job, they just don’t respect it for what it is. But that’s fine for me. I don’t need approval from these people because I enjoy what I do. I love being a heating and cooling worker because of the opportunities it gives me to help other people. If there’s one thing that I’ve always loved doing in my life it’s helping other people, and I hope that as a heating and AC worker that I can continue to do that. Just last week I helped a little old lady who was having problems with her air conditioning system. Her air conditioner hadn’t been working for 2 weeks and she had been waiting on all these different heating and cooling companies to come out and fix it for whatever reason it’s like no one would come out and fix her ac. I heard about her problem and came and fixed it on my off time. Sure I didn’t get paid for it, but it helped somebody and it made her happy and that’s why I love doing what I do. To be able to continue doing what I love for a long time, in fact if everything goes to plan then I will continue being a heating and air conditioning worker until the day comes for me to retire. However, I’m hoping that I don’t retire for a long time, and even if I do retire I might still fix the heating and a/c units in my spare time. It’s just something I’m really passionate about.
