My sibling and I have regularly done things differently.
I blame it on our strange personalities, but we’ve regularly participated in strange things and we’ve had opposite opinions about most things in our lives.
Now that we’re grown and both homeowners, our differences have continued in an unofficial way. I’m a firm believer in having our Heating and A/C plan tuned by an Heating and A/C professional biyearly whereas our sibling doesn’t. She thinks it’s a waste of money to hire an Heating and A/C supplier to “look” at a perfectly enjoyable Heating and A/C system. I on the other hand believe it’s essential to have a certified professional tune a piece of unit that I guess nothing about. I’m happy to spend a couple hundred dollars every year if it means that our Heating and A/C plan is well taken care of and running efficiently. I’ve regularly stood our ground with proper Heating and A/C repair because I guess the benefits. I never have unexpected repairs and our daily utility bills are low. My sibling has had the opposite experience whether she enjoys to admit it or not. She has to repair something on her Heating and A/C plan at least once per year and her utility costs are higher. The age of our Heating and A/C systems are pretty similar and they’re both produced by great companies. They should be performing the same, but they’re not due to Heating and A/C repair or lack thereof. My sibling will never admit I’m right, but she will definitely need to upgrade her Heating and A/C plan sooner than me. Time will tell.
