The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device supplier sets hours for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device suppliers, and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier pays them a salary for their actual work. However, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device suppliers are considered self-employed . The tools that Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device suppliers use are paid for by the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier themselves, and if they have to drive someone, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device supplier is paying for gas. However, if the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier is controlling their hours, then the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device supplier is the manager, and they are responsible for the extra taxes… Do you really know if all Heating, Ventilation, and A/C companies do this or just a few of them? I would truly hate to find out that my neighbor is getting ripped off by her Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device supplier.
