I am about to build my new house, and I am trying to decide which HVAC system will be the best for my house.

Although the summers are warmer, I grew up in the South, and I think that the warmer temperatures are perfect. However, the temperatures up here get much colder than the temperatures that I am used to, so it is very important to have a good heating system. The HVAC technician that I am talking to told me that the HVAC company can install any HVAC unit that I want, but I have to decide which heating system I want to use. When the HVAC technician mentioned this, I will admit that I only thought that the furnace was my exclusive choice. However, the HVAC technician told me that there are lots of different types of heating systems and that I could take my pick. Obviously, this blew my mind. I had no idea that this was true, so I decided to do my research. First of all, I could purchase a radiator. A radiator is a heating system that relies on steam to heat your house, and it is a wonderful heating system. These radiators can provide both heat and hot water, so you can save money. I could also purchase a geothermal HVAC unit, which relies on the earth to heat or cool my house. I could purchase wall heaters that use electricity and can be installed individually in each room. Honestly, the choices for heating systems are endless, and I have to make a decision. Even though I was blown away by all the choices, I will probably stick with a regular furnace.
