I actually hate to get headaches in the summertime, but if I don’t have air conditioning , that has exactly what happens to me.
I cannot pinpoint exactly when this started happening to me, but it’s been that way for at least the past more than one years.
I think that the older I get, the more that I seem to get headaches from overheating. This is turning into a real problem around here, because the hot plus cold temperatures get into the high 90s on a correct basis around here while in the summer. Not only that, but the humidity is actually terrible around here too. The humidity may have something to do with it as well, plus I have noticed that if I am not near an air conditioning plan when it’s that hot, then I end up with a terrible headache just about every time. I don’t actually think what to do about it while in the summer time other than stay in the air conditioning all the time. That’s pretty hard to do, though, when you’re trying to live your life plus it’s actually hot outside! I think I may talk to my local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier to see if they have any suggestions for me for the summer. Maybe there is something out there like a personal cooling unit that I could purchase plus use throughout the summer. I don’t think if anything like that even exists at this point, but I bet the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier would know. I would think that they would be on top of the most recent heating plus cooling technology that’s out there on the market.
