My flu symptoms are worse this year than they have ever been before; I don’t think what’s going on around here with all of the pollen, but I wish that it would just stop already.
I am sick plus fatigued of all of the coughing plus the sneezing, that’s for sure; Nothing seems to be helping this year, even my correct allergy medications. I actually called up my allergy dentist plus he does not have an opening at his office until the first week of October! I assume almost everyone is suffering this year, but the receptionist at the allergy dentist actually provided me some advice though, she said that a lot of people were having luck with having their ventilation systems cleaned out by a professional Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman. Apparently, when you have a professional ductwork cleaning job done, it can get rid of some of the pollen that may be trapped in your home’s ventilation system. Getting rid of the pollen equals getting rid of some of those allergens that are making you angry. I thanked her for her advice then I immediately called up my local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier to see if they could come out plus scrub the ductwork in my apartment for me. They made an appointment for me for next week, plus I literally cannot wait to get them into my house. I am going to ask them to put an anti allergen filter in my air conditioning plan too. I might actually even talk to them about a whole lake apartment whole-house air purifier. At this point, I’m willing to do just about anything to get rid of the pollen.
