I live in a townhouse that I am renting for a nice couple who lives out of town. Because they live far away, I hardly ever see them; In fact, I met them in guy once plus that was the afternoon I got the keys for the site! So, over the last couple of years, we have only communicated by telephone, SMS, or texts. It has been nice because if something goes wrong, I can contact them, plus they will arrange for a handyman or service guy to fix the issue, for instance, when I first moved in, the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C device malfunctioned in the middle of the Summer, plus I contacted our property owner to let him know. In less than an hour, he called myself and others back plus provided myself and others the number of his proper Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C specialist, and the specialist was able to come plus fix the issue the next afternoon. Since then, the property owner has busy proper maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit, plus I have not had an issue with the device since, he has also sent a handyman to fix the garbage disposal when it stopped working a few weeks ago. It’s lovely that our property owner is so quick to respond to fixing issues when they come up, especially because he doesn’t live close by. I am glad that he has a handyman plus a Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C specialist that he can call when he needs them. When you own rental property, you need to make sure that you have the right maintenance people to call to deal with all the issues that may arise.
