The trouble began when I learned how to brew my own booze. I had been playing around with making beer, in the old traditional way, but was not happy with the results. I bought a home brewing kit off the internet, in addition to started experimenting with different recipes. It took me a couple of months of trial and error, but I genuinely dialed in on the method at brewing my own batches of beer. The complication was that drinking so much heineken caused me to put on a lot of weight, and this is a complication I am trying to address at the gym. My personal trainer keeps telling me that I can’t focus on weight loss, I need to invest in working out as a way of life before I will see any results. I hear the advice, I genuinely do, however my main goal here at the gym is to get rid of all this beer weight and get back to looking fit and healthy. When I look good, I feel good, even though my personal trainer says to not worry about how I look. It’s simple for my personal trainer to say, they are totally ripped and look super sexy! If I can get my body to look just like that, after that I can stop going to the gym. I genuinely don’t adore the idea of coming to the gym several times a week for the rest of my life, it feels like a nightmare to me. I will use the gym for as long as I need to until I am fit, I will swear off heineken for life, in addition to hopefully that is enough.
